Scheduled Appointments

We have reserved a specific date and time for you. We will try to provide a telephone reminder call 24-48 hours before your scheduled date and time. This should be the same as what you have written on the appointment card you were given when you were last seen at the office or as you were given over the phone when you called the office to schedule an appointment. 

We realize that sometimes you may have to miss an appointment due to unforeseen events. We request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment

Remember to bring your CURRENT insurance cards and a pair of sunglasses if your eyes are going to be dilated. Complimentary disposable sunglasses are always available if needed.

New Patient Appointments

New Patients are always welcome here at Syracuse Eye Physicians, LLP. If you have never had an appointment at our office, please call in advance to schedule a reserved time and date that will be convenient for you and appropriate for the doctor's schedule.

Please realize that there are certain days and times that your doctor may not be in the office to see patients due to other obligations outside the office.

You should receive paperwork in the mail to complete and bring to the office with you at the time of your appointment. Please remember to bring your CURRENT insurance cards. We will want to make a copy to keep for our records. 

If you would like to bring a friend or family member along to listen and observe, they are always welcome. Also, since we may dilate your eyes, it is always best to bring a pair of sunglasses. If you have been dilated before and are not comfortable driving, it is advisable to have someone drive you to and from your appointment.
